2 and 3 course set menu gives a good variety of choices and they allowed us to take 3 courses with 2 starters instead of 1 starter+1 dessert. Service friendly. Food was good but I would not say it was remarkable.
What ThaneshK doesn't like about Mezza9 Grand Hyatt Singapore:
Some of the food was burnt and the chefs took their time to serve the dishes like roasted chicken for the chicken rice. The barbecued chicken the Chef served me burnt pieces. None of them were actually friendly and seem agitated whenever you approached them. View all feedback.
Had the Sunday champagne brunch here and it was absolutely superb!
The food is outstanding. In my opinion, The lighting is a bit too dim and warm.

A nice spread of local offerings (Indian, Malay and Chinese foods). Food is buffet style and was delicious hot and freshly prepared. We liked most of the dishes we tried. A little disappointd with the desserts was kind of flat in taste and presentation. Not enough explanation of the dessert items for non Singaporeans. Go hungry to get your worth as there are quite a number of dishes at each station to try.
Nice place to have good lunch. Set lunch course price is reasonablez
