We experienced a few hiccups with our order, but the staff quickly and generously fixed the issues. I visited the restaurant to order a McRib sandwich, but it was not available on the self-ordering board. I had to wait in line to place my order with just one person taking orders, which took a while. Additionally, the soda dispensers were no longer available in the dining room.

I only go here thrice a month but breakfast service always either gets my order wrong or I have missing items. Most of the time I realize too late when I get home. But guess that's my fault for not checking my order at the store. I'm not gonna go back andmake a fuss over 5 dollars but jeez Louise, get the manager to actually do their job.
I went to the drive through at 9pm to get my 50% off hazelnut iced coffee from my app rewards for my morning drive. I was told by the guy at the drive through they did not have hazelnut so I said what other flavor do you have. He siged and said that hedidn't have coffee ready. So I asked how long to make a pot thinking I would wait and he said I really don't want to put a poton right now. I then left the drivethrough lane and went to another location. Great customer service yet again. I hope theowners get a handle on these employees here This isn't the first thing that has happened at this location.
