My recommendation is to pick up your food and NOT have it delivered. Almost every time we have delivery there are missing items or items that are not ours with somebody else’s name on them. And of course the delivery company cannot help you. So then you try to call the chipotle store and you get some automated answering service and can’t get through to an actual person. Decided to give this another try almost a year later on 4/24/24. Nothing has changed. Previous visit was a long line with 40 min wait. This time there were two people in front of me and we sat for 30 MINUTES where no one was being waited on. The portions provided are 1/3 of what they use to provide. After waiting nearly a HALF HOUR I had to ask numerous times for add'l amounts. I'm a smaller person under 130 lbs, so this is nuts. Rap music was blaring. Will have to be beyond desperate for food to ever bother returning. Chipotle nationwide has had considerable issues, and this location just adds to the problem.May 2024: 40 min WAIT TIME. Then, they forgot to put guac on my VEGGIE salad bowl, which comes with guac at NO extra charge. Told them to add the extra guac they forgot on mine and put on my hubby's bowl. They then turned around and charged me for extra guac!! WTH?? Made them refund it back.I like Chiptole's food, but all these poor reviews can't be wrong and should tell you there's a definite problem at this location.
Like many, this one is short staffed so the workers aren’t the happiest to deal with. But i don’t blame them. Food is as expected.
Prepare to wait forever and then have them be out of everything. A rush is a rush, but this is something else. This location seems extremely mismanaged. There are always plenty of staff there but only one poor soul on the make line during dinner rush. I have never experienced a time they were not out of fajita veggies and guac. I'm coming hours before close so it never quite makes sense how they have run out of whatever the list is that day.
Picked up a mobile order and opened up my bowl and was in disbelief. Looked like they had only filled half the bowl. Went up and asked about portion size and the employee just put rock hard brown rice in the other side. Didn’t want to argue with the employees anymore so I used the chipotle support feature in the app and got a free entree so take that as you well. Never had any issues at the Tacoma location lol
Hadn't had Chipotle in 8 yrs...too soon. Got a burrito. Nothing had much taste. I don't see how this franchise exists let alone its stock price. Underwhelming. Service was
