This restaurant is appalling. I have visited Red Lobster before and know that it is a decent chain, nothing special, but this particular experience was terrible. The service was careless and slow, the mussels were not fresh, and the crab legs were cold and tasteless. Even the beer tasted odd and they did not have a glass for me to drink from. I haven?t been to Red Lobster in years, so I was especially glad when I bit into a delicious cheddar bay biscuit last week. I also enjoyed my sirloin, green beans, and mashed potatoes with Norwegian lobster. I can?t remember the name of my drink, but it was recommended by my waitress, Isabella, and it was really good. All the staff were very nice and they did a good job of making sure everyone was socially distanced since they don?t offer outdoor seating. This was a nice little dinner the other night, I?m looking forward to returning for some lobster soon!
The food was good had steak and shrimp and lobster crab dip with chips
The food and drinks were great but we didn't feel like we were checked on much as well as they weren't talkative. Just the start of taking the order and that was it. Didn't see if we wanted dessert. They did see if we wanted more than just appetizers drinks which was good but wanted more attention. Over all, a good experience.
Nice spot. When we visited it was clean and quiet. Our server Yancey was awesome. She was very attentive and didn't miss a beat. The brussel sprouts were burnt though. Still we enjoyed ourselves.
