We were in our RV at Koa when we saw a shuttle for this restaurant. The folks at the campground raved about Miners Claim, so we took the shuttle over. Easy decision,, and a great one. Our server, Summer, was on the spot whenever we looked like we wanted something. They have a phenomenal menu of various martinis and other mixed drinks (20+ pages) but we opted for beers. Alas, no drafts but the bottled beers were cold. For entrees, I had Ahi Tuna and she had one of the huge salads. Both servings were generous and we took some back to our RV. We finished the meal with excellent fresh brewed coffee in a huge cup, and shared an Italian Lemon Cake which was great. Overall a great dining experience. A call to the shuttle driver had him back to pick us up within minutes. Highly recommend! Ask for Summer!

The mashed sweet... read more Amazing dinner on a lovely patio. The Naughty Housewife Martini was superb. Steak was tender, delicious. Shrimp and wedge salad also delicious. The mashed sweet/Idaho potatoes were extremely fantastic. Jennifer took excellent care of us and recommended the potatoes and we are so glad. Everyone was sweet to our pups’ first restaurant experience. They’ll have very high standards now! Thunder and Blaze give it four paws up!

Tonight’s special was a filet that was maybe the best I’ve ever had. That says a lot when your 67 years old and have a lot of steaks. Hand’s Down the best restaurant within 20 miles. Don’t miss this gem!!!!
