American Diner - Sillingy

I came here several times and I love it! there are always things, live music, car meetings, a good atmosphere and pleasant evenings.

We accidentally went to this place and thought it looked very cool, so we decided to stop. The interior is simply amazing, the decoration is superb and there are many things going on, live music, salsa evenings, etc. the food was good but not exceptional. But it's really worth the detour,

We heard about this place thanks to the French TV show "the returned" but you don't need to have seen it to enjoy this excellent American dinner in the 1950s style. Elvis music, American registration plates and comfortable cabins are just some of the things that create a truly American atmosphere. food and service are great too! If you are in the corner, you must absolutely visit this restaurant!

The main reason for our visit to "american diner" was the TV show "the returned" (returns) in which this restaurant appears frequently. the look is the same as in the series and the style is typically for the 1950s in the United States. the quality of hamburgers with fresh vegetables is exceptional and they also offer a special hamburger "the returner" menu in honor of the TV show.

I loved the decoration of this place and there is a great atmosphere. food is like one can expect from a american dinner and they even have some bitterly imported sauces, just to add to their American theme. I was disappointed with my entry, ordered onion washers - 5 small onion washers arrived with 2 dips, I imagined there would be a few more. but overall, a fairly good experience
