The shrimps were very good and the mussels were reasonable a hand cleaning wipe was provided with the shrimps, however, neither a wipe nor a finger bowl was provided with the mussels. My wife ordered the chicken salad and the chicken was dry but the accompanying salad was good. The restaurant charges 42 DK per person for tap water unless you are consuming other drinks with your meal when the price drops to 15 DK per person. This appears to be under the guise that the restaurant is making a charitable donation on your behalf! An additional charge was incurred when my wife paid the bill with a UK credit card, however, she was not informed of this prior to the payment being made. Overall, we felt that the meal did not provide value for money.
Some quality of the food. However, expensive compared to the portion size. Uncovered and indifferent operation.
Birthday celebration of grandfather in low sun. Everything as usual
Very tasteless lunch. Waiter forgot order.
Fantastic place. I don't know if it was the weather, the wonderful waiter, the fantastic surroundings, and just a really good combination of everything that made this cafe something really special. We sat outside because the weather was perfect. But it was a shame, because I was briefly inside the café, which just oozed atmosphere, I had enjoyed that at least as much. I know where I'll eat in Silkeborg next time, I don't need to see anyone else. Thank you very much for a good lunch, it was just wonderful
