What Mark Harrell doesn't like about Hardee’s:
It was a slow time. No other customers. I walk in and the guy at the front took a few minutes to acknowledge me. He mumbled if I was picking up door dash. I said going to eat there. Took my order was ride, didn’t know how to put the order in the computer. I paid. Waited and waited. The more I stood there the less I felt safe eating food that came out of there. As soon as walking into this restaurant the gentleman behind the counter named D was so respectful and courteous. Thank you for the great meal and time before I had to drive back to Bristol, TN. Being a business owner as well this gentleman definitely deserves a promotion. Thanks again to you all and looking forward to seeing you on our next trip through!
