Definitely recommend checking out this restaurant! We were a little hesitant after reading reviews, but still curious to try it out. Making a reservation online was simple and the enclosed patio was just as comfortable as sitting inside. While waiting for our table at the bar, we enjoyed a nice glass of wine and a Civilized Old Fashioned. Our appetizer of Whipped Feta with na'an triangles, a small salad, and the roasted double-chicken special were all delicious. Our server, Jackson, provided great advice and service. The atmosphere was cozy, coming from its Italian roots with checkered tablecloths. The parking spot recommendation was accurate, so plan accordingly. Overall, we left feeling satisfied without being overly full after spending $78 (pre-tip) on three drinks and shared dishes. It's worth a visit!

I had a maple sour, mixed platter, and mushroom pasta at this restaurant. Everything was decent, but not exceptional considering the prices. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was good, although I felt like I was being pressured to purchase more.

Stopped by for a quick drink while exploring the area. The place was very nice. Great experience.

We tried Civil Provisions tonight and it was an alright experience. We made reservations ahead of time to sit inside but when we got there we were told that there wasn’t any seating inside and that we could sit outside with the heaters. Since it’s in the 40s right now, we asked how long the wait would be for a table inside like we were hoping for and they said it would likely be more than 25 minutes so we went ahead and sat outside. We were bummed because based off the photos we’ve seen, the atmosphere inside looks lovely.It was super loud and difficult to hear our server throughout the evening. We ordered a mocktail. The flavor was really harsh and unfortunately made us not want to finish our drinks $7 a piece, reasonable for a mocktail). We ordered the steak and scallops for dinner. While the scallops and steak were good, the fries that came with our steak were cold but flavorful). We ended the night with the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and we really enjoyed that! As we walked to our car, some older guests were making out in the parking lot and were blocking our car and wouldn’t move, which made for a very odd ending to the evening. We ended up spending $100+ so bummed we didn’t love our experience. Overall, while the food was fine we likely won’t be going out of our way to go back.

Tastefully designed inside, delicious dishes and wine all around (get the calamari appetizer! and friendly, thorough service. We’ll be back!
