The transilvanian soup was very good, the duck in orange sauce was good, however I think the prices are to high. The staff could be more friendly and helpful. For the recommendation we got the answer „…is on the first menu page…“ The restaurant is located in the center with the view to the tower of old city. View all feedback.
What Costache Prodan doesn't like about Central Park:
We ate here on the second night in Sighisoara and having had such a good meal on our first night in a different restaurant we were disappointed with this place. We were there on a Friday night out of season and the restaurant lacked any ambience. My meal was OK but my mother's gammon hock was sent back, it was tasteful and an awful texture, the first time my mother has ever sent anything back View all feedback.
This is the number 1 recommendation on Tripadvisor so we decided to give it a try. The food is high quality (also diversified) but what stands out is the inside of the restaurant. If you are in Sighisoara and decide to eat here you won't be dissapointed.
Simona was the only barmaid waitress working at the restaurant. She is very Professional and soft spoken. We loved her attentiveness and attention to detail. The muscles, fettuccine mixed-anti pasta dishes were lovely. Simona recommended a dry red wine which paired perfectly with the food. Fine dining at it's best in Romania!
I ate dinner at Joseph T Restaurant one night in late May and found it wonderful. The restaurant is spacious and in an elegant, Old World style; service was attentive and welcoming, without being intrusive. I started with beets with horseradish and then had an extremely generous serving of pork with onion, apricot, and orange served with shish-kabobed vegetables. Every bite was delicious! The setting, service, and food all made for a wonderful meal.
Great food, music, decor. We had chicken&mushrooms pasta and shrimp pasta whilst listening to jazz music. Felt peaceful and lovely. Good service too.
Excelent food, elegant and beautiful location. Food was perfect and the staff really nice. We had the turkey roll with roasted pepper inside, mashed potato and mushroom sauce. I highly recomend this restaurant. We will certainly come back
