I usually go through the road or lock pickup orders. I usually have no problems with my order unless it is a new rent, but they are always great to fix everything that was missing in the bag. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
My takeout dinner was prepared and packed into a to-go container. The restaurant was busy, but that's no excuse. When my order number was called, the male employee wearing a blue shirt and tie, who seemed well-groomed, was rude. He didn't ask if I needed anything else or if I had any special requests (which I did). If he is the manager, I will make sure to note his name and speak to him next time I visit. All custome... I avoid this location usually but it was close. The place was a mess, customer service lacking. The food however came out quickly and was correct, which it's never been correct any time I've gone to this one. I wish I could say it was the while covid thing and how difficult it is to find employees, but it's been terrible there since they opened.
The sandwich appeared to be cooked I was eating it at night shift, After a couple bites I realized the center was frozen. After calling in the complaint to the manager on the 12th, I figured that was good enough, I didn't try to spit up as much as possible, It took 3 days to start not feeling good, I've missed a few days of work now and it's been a week, I'm starting to feel better today. I called the manager to talk to her to see what my options were and she hung up on me. I've now called the county health dept, and trying all avenues to warn people of my experience to watch your food better from them.
Last year, the customer service of this location is gone. they often do not take any drive-thru customers in the order of arrival, the employees do not speak clear (the intercom works well, they do not repeat their order back nor tap it so that it appears on the screen. the cashier does not check their order and is often terse and out of intervention, even if I try to ask a question. I didn't get my whole order, or they tried to give me someone else. I'm just going here because it's on the way to school and work.
Breakfast is the only meal I'll eat at a McDonald's. Usual is a sausage McMuffin with egg, hash brown, and coffee. Ordered the usual morning of 29 Nov and was asked to wait on the hold area for the hash brown 10 minutes! The hash brown, after all that, was barely even warm! Really?! If you're having to wait for something to be cooked, wouldn't it be piping hot? Not a clue as to what was going on there at the time but it wasn't cooking hash browns that was the problem.
I have trouble with the kiosk so I'd rather order at the counter, but when I walk into the restaurant, there is nobody at the counter. No bell. You just stand there while they look at you and ignore you. Pathetic excuse for customer service. The food used to be good and hot, now it's cold and bland. Half the time, the coupons from the app don't work. We used to eat there about once a week, but NEVER AGAIN. What in the world happened?
