What Alex E doesn't like about Urban Market:
Flavorless, boring cafeteria food that reminds me of what you get in a hospital. The setting is pretty sterile as well. On the plus side, employees were very friendly. View all feedback.
Great choice of cuisines with really good décor and a bomb happy hour! Pictured is a brisket sandwich from County BBQ. There was no one there when I went (right after work), so the food came out quick. Love that you can order ahead through Grub hub, and even if you order there, you'll get a text when your food is done! It's well located in the Loop and very easy to get to. Lots of seating, feels so spacious, even when people start coming in. House wine is pretty standard. Wait staff is super ki … – show
In this cafeteria, the surroundings were cozy, and the dining area looked tidy and trendy. A part of the restaurant has comfortable seats and a large TV screen. The dishes and beverages they serve taste delicious, too. The servants and the waitress were both welcoming and polite. All in all, visiting this cafeteria was a smart choice!

This is the underground, fountain level cafeteria of the Chase Tower. There’s several food stations from salad bar, global influences, BBQ, pizza al forno, sushi, comfort food, grill (see pic) and more. It’s your more or less basic fare, nothing fancy like revival hall. If using Chase Pay, make sure you load the scan screen prior to paying because internet connection can get choppy.
This is a great everyday lunch spot in the loop. The stir fry line is fantastic. They have many different options ranging from Mexican, pizza, sushi, comfort foods, and salads. There are some really great values in certain lines and some things feel overpriced. The omelette bar in the morning is also good. The food employees are usually friendly but for some reason the employees that take your payment/check out are often rude.
