What Sydni S doesn't like about Sarpino's Pizzeria Gold Coast:
I have picked up orders from here a LOT and often late night after midnight…. Every time I go… there is this one youngish female employee maybe mid twenties who closes the store and is always incredibly rude…. She locks the main door before closing and has turned me away numerous times even though I have already placed a order that I am coming to pick up… she consistently closes the store over 30 minutes before close... This place really needs to adopt some more professionalism. The business model seems to now rely almost entirely on selling overpriced food to drunk people late at night.
Saw they are on doordash so called to make sure they are open for pick up at 9pm Christmas day. Employee answered said yes they are open till midnight, so I said I would continue my order on doordash. While I was making my order the employee, decided to turn off the ability to order from doordash. I guess I shouldn't of told him what I was doing
Called cause the tracker wasn’t updating. Dude that answered phone was cool and chill and understanding and helpful. Looking forward to Their food
Service was bad the lady handed the food never was her Hands.
Excellent Pizza. Never had a bad experience or bad food. I <3 Sarpino’s.
