What Alison doesn't like about Giant:
Let me preface by saying the food was 12/10, as were the cocktails. Creative and masterfully prepared, small shareable plates, and overall just a delightful and flavorful adventure. However, this is one of those restaurants where you have to be crammed side by side in tiny tables with barely enough room to get out. What the chef does with vegetables is awe inspiring; don't miss the eggplant or broccoli, and I fervently wish I'd tried the carrots. The crêpe, biscuit and crab are every bit as worthy (the timing to serve things at once crispy and cold is on point), and the excellent service is on par with the food.
