We sat down and the place was very busy. Another table were returning their food as they said it had been left standing on the counter. There were tables waiting to be served as well as us all looking annoyed. After minutes with the waitress blanking us and not even saying hello and not being offered an initial drink we walked out and left. Went home and had a nice takeaway. Obviously too many tables were booked than... View all feedback.
Go to this restaurant about 3 times a year. first time with big weight. first, no rolls due to supply problems second limited weine available by glass no shiraz or merlot red wine available by glass. third and most important over...uploaded had 2 glasses red wine (malbec) a large and a small (the latter was confirmed by waiter, which confirmed that it was small when delivered to table). when the bill appeared, I was calculated for 2 big wee. the waitress refused to admit mistakes and said it was assumed that I had the same as the first glass. the manager refused to change the bill. Finally I left my phone to house on bill and when I checked it, I had received a message that my booking was canceled as I sent late a sms 15 minutes before my booking time! when they visit this place and the parking lot, make sure they register with the app per bar or they get a parking space.
We went up the door to be half-heartedly greeted by a co-worker who I believe to be a kind of manager. they found our reservation showed us on our table. the floor was covered in the last family dinner, the table was sticky. we sat short and sat our order with the only worker who could be served, dylan. he was politely profi! we finally got our drinks after telling the suspect manager that the sirup had run out for the pepsi that she sent someone to sort it. eating came, hot delicious, but the only plus. all the time we were in the restaurant the suspect manager was constantly eating in the bar that does nothing, except perched above the standing where she greets them. other employees saw unprofessional, messy had only no customer service skills. we were dessert with a dirty spoon served, some dried on eating when I asked the waitress on another clean spoon, there was no excuse, she seemed almost irritated, I had pulled her away from greeting where they were chatting the suspicious manager. the restaurant is clearly bad running, it was grubby the staff not look much better. the place needs a good type from a decent manager, as I will not come back soon!
We went to Sunday. the food was over boiled and gumy, but to add further insult to injuries, we were then stabbed with a parking fee! this is the first and last time. for a £30 meal to cost us almost £200, is ridiculous! save her money and get her a takeaway home.
Arrived and were shown our table, had to wait until it was cleaned what was ok. went to get drinks and took some broth rolls then was spoken too rudely to get them even for covid! the personal should always talk to people as they want to be spoken, never an apology for rude employees. coworkers didn't wear a name mark, but our waitress knew who we thought when we told her and apologized, apparently usual that she was rude! also they can not catch covid from the introduction of a broth roll on a teller! the waitress was very helpful, but waiting for eating was unacceptable, 45 minutes waiting between the curses, was told by a same rude member of the staff, we should wait 30-40 minutes and we should know. we have overheard at least three tables asking where the food was, a problem with the staff. when eating arrived, you had to go back to find out how it was burned! visited the toilets to both block toilets and find faeces covering tissue all over the floor. had heard a complaint before I used the toilet that was clearly ignored. I would have thought that the toilets are regularly checked, but it seems that the staff are more worried about broth rolls and rude to customers than to check toilets are usable and hygienic.
Went for dinner with children.Food was good. There clearly is not enough staff to please everyone having to wait for table to be cleared and to order drinks and pudding , the staff were as attentive as they could be under the circumstances of the...staff shortages. All staff were plesant and helpful.
