Lido Sabbia D'oro - Siculiana

Nel settore dell'agricoltura i servizi di balneazione sono generalmente poveri, almeno a settembre. molti di loro non si aprono anche, altri si aprono solo in specifiche bande orarie, sono appena ben forniti. un peccato per una regione che potrebbe fare molto di più grazie al turismo. Un'eccezione è certamente rappresentata dal lido Sanddoro, al punto che l'intenzione di non rimanere sullo stesso sito per più di un giorno è stato cambiato e alla fine ho trascorso tre giorni. Il lido si trova nella marina di Siculiana: circa poche centinaia di metri si possono trovare diversi posti auto, alcuni gratuiti e altri a pagamento. Ha un servizio completo (per i giochi e intrattenimento per bambini, che non ho nemmeno trovato in tutti gli altri bagni), che consiste nel noleggio di ombrelloni e lettini, il bar e il ristorante. I prezzi sono, rispettivamente, per ogni servizio, onesti. il servizio è amichevole, buon cibo con la possibilità di portare anche qualcosa direttamente sotto l'ombrello. nonostante la spiaggia di sabbia, l'acqua di mare rimane abbastanza pulita.

Ottima cucina, abbiamo preso il primo pesce, vino di qualità, menzione speciale al servizio del cameriere, molto gentile e perfetto sono gli aggettivi giusti.

Arrived at this fabulous beach and rented beds and found them very clean and comfortable. Had lunch in the restaurant, the food and service and value were all good. Special mention should go to the helpful and friendly staff. If you are in the area this is the place to go.

Second time here. Two sun beds and an umbrella 15 Euro. Nice staff at the bar. Sandwiches good but as so quiet what would have been a panini was a plain old cheese and ham roll. Hey, we’re on holiday so it’s not the end of the world. But, what was a pain was receiving a parking fine when trying to dodge the car parks elsewhere. Roberto at the car park beside the bar is charming. 3 Euro fee to park.

Been to this beach a few times and used Lido Sabbia D'Oro facilities. 15 euros for two beds and umbrella pretty good value. Clean sand, clear shallow waters due to manmade shelf on sea perfectly safe for young ones. Food good value e.g. 2.50 euros for hotdog. Lots of other choices. Beach is tucked away off main road so can be hard to find. Just look for Siculiana Marina. It's tourist beach without being too touristy if you know what I mean. Parking is 3 euros.
