The location is of course great. This is the only reason to give 2 out of 5 points. Waiters and waiters are unfriendly, very arrogant, but at the same time unable to cope with their job and just forward incapable. You just forgot my order.... After we noticed the waitress, she ran off and ordered again. What was then presented was not good and not what I originally ordered. I guess they ran out of this special court, but didn't tell us. It's hard to avoid this restorer at the top when you can, just go for a drink and eat somewhere else.
The waitress sat at the table and only complained about the customers. No one came to give us menus and when the waitress was asked to clean the table she refused. When asked where can we throw away some garbage she refused to help. Don't...know how she's employed in the service industry, never saw such an unfit employee. The bar waiter was nice, so we enjoyed the chocos and left the place, drove a few kilometers to a nice place for lunch.
No matter when the year at Balea Lac is cold and is finally located on the highest mountains in Romania. Therefore, after the long road up, there is nothing more satisfying than a hot tea and a bowl of hot, rich trout soup.... I know that a large number of people from other cultures could be fought on the idea, but this dish is absolutely delicious, made with clean ingredients and offers a special culinary experience, if well done in the Balea Lac cabin.
Change the waiters, they dont have manners.when i asked how long i have to wait the answer was: i can cancel your order if you are not agree with this .
Not a big variety of cuisines to choose from and the prices are a little bit high (as expected) but the food was great I can't complain The only downside for me is the toilet tax that they have
