I ordered 2 whole fish and 6 shrimp from the menu selection, but received 2 whole fish and 6 fillets instead.

This is my favorite meal choice. The fish is always cooked perfectly and the shrimp are just the right size. The hush puppies complement the fish perfectly.

I had a bill of $33.50 at this restaurant and wanted to pay part of it in cash and the rest on my debit card. They took my cash first, but then charged the full amount to my debit card, which was unacceptable. The staff couldn't figure out how to fix it and asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I insisted they still had my cash, blamed my debit card, and needed the food for my friend. Eventually, I got my cash back, but the full amount was still charged to my debit card. My husband recently had a massive heart attack, otherwise I probably wouldn't have bothered to leave a review. - Tracy D.

This restaurant experience was awful. The food was of very poor quality - the fish tasted overcooked, the fries were hard, the macaroni tasted cheap, the red beans were unpleasant, the honey bun cake was overly sweet, and the shrimp were tough. I do not recommend this place at all. I would like a refund, please.

Typically, seafood is my go-to choice, but this particular meal was a bit disappointing. The mac and cheese was watery and unappetizing, while the hush puppies were undercooked with raw batter inside. However, the fried fish stood out as delicious, perfectly seasoned and not too dry. Overall, I can't complain too much, but I may opt for a different side next time.
