What Flodan doesn't like about Jojo's Pretzels:
I ordered a cinnamon pretzel and they gave me an original one with a side of sugar. The employees laughed as they poured the sides of cinnamon in a side. When asked if they had none left or I could just get a refund they declined and continues to laugh as we walked away all 3 employees. Horrible experience and horrible customer service! I love that they have a place for the kids to step up and watch how they make these pretzels. We love coming here! It's usually always busy so the pretzels are hot and fresh and perfectly pull- apart. Everything they serve here is great, but I LOVE just the original salted with cheese and/or sweet mustard and an original cherry cola ?? ? Make sure to go up to the top floor to visit the carousel as well! View all feedback.

Would have been better with warm beer cheese, cold just didn't work with a nice fresh pretzel. Simple sauce choices in small cups.

We've been getting pretzels here for many years and they never disappoint! I love the classic pretzel with cheese.
They have a great gluten free pretzel, make sure you add butter. A great place to relax while shopping in town
