Saturday night Steak night. Only one size steak, 16 ounces large for normal person. Had no fried mushrooms on the menu. I ordered Burger and Pommes. It took 1 hour to get order. Burger was just fine and Pommes were fat. Doubt if I ever go back. Surely not worth a 1/2 hour drive.

I'm sad to say that this place has potential, but it's about it. The food is great and the service is just as good. The biggest problem is that they never have 70% of what is on the menu. I understand that it is a small company, but it is very unprofessional and makes customers frustrated. the manager should really remember to fix this. It would be a clear 5 stars for me if I could come and have what I actually want in stock. D

Awesome steak. The best I ever had regardless of price. Treated like family. Authentic cowboy atmosphere.
