Wanted to try poutine and on recommendation went to this small cafe. The poutine did NOT disappoint. There were so many variations from which to choose. Our party of six each opted for a different one, all good. The small size was more than enough for everyone. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Le Snack Wellington:
This is about a visit to the Wellington st. location. The spot is actually pretty nice and the menu is promising, but the poutine is bland. For the price they charge, it has to be either good or abundant; it's neither. Order a poutine and It will pretty much taste only whatever topping you add, since whatever gravy you get is tasteless and the fries are nothing special. Their bacon is also quite dull. What's more, two... View all feedback.

This is the place to go to discover the Quebec poutine dish... As a quebequer I found the best poutines I ever had is at this place! I warn you the portion are huge, so start with the small poutine unless you know what you are doing!
My family and I stopped by this place today and craving Poutine. We have been disappointed by our last few visits to Louis. This place was great. Prompt and helpful service and great food.
We are poutine connaisseurs and we liked it at le Snack. They have an amazing variety and they are very creative.I don't remember their names but I have chosen the one with flank steak and merguez which came with a creamy spicy sauce on top of the poutine sauce and it was decadent. There could have been a little more curd cheese but this is personal :-) My husband felt a little lest adventurous (or is it more adventurous?) and he took the one topped by a chicken ceasar salad (the Club I think). Him too really liked the mix of ceasar sauce and poutine sauce. The fries were usually small but I have to say that it allowed us to have a better global taste.None were able to finish a medium poutine so the plate size were pretty good. A big bonus to them: I never do that normally but I ate the re-heated poutine the next day (with added cheese) and it was awesome! The prices are not cheap but I found the quality of the meat was good.Only down side is the cleanliness of the place. The floor was very slippery from the grease and the bathroom needed attention. Personally I can set aside this when food is worth it but I know it is not the case of every ones. In conclusion I give them a "Very Good" over all.
Love Le Snack. We usually go at the one on Wellington, never tried the other but never have been deceived on poutiness we ordered. Great menu choice and lots of different poutiness with lots of flavor.
