Many guests continue to enjoy this tradition, relishing the delicious food and delightful atmosphere. However, this year's experience revealed inconsistencies; some diners faced disorganization with seating and service, leading to disappointment. While the nostalgia of past activities was missed by some, others appreciated new touches like candy bags and selfie backdrops. Despite the hiccups, the food consistently garners praise, suggesting that loyal customers might still return for another romantic rendezvous in the future.
This was our first time and I thought it was awesome everyone did an amazing job serving each table greeting people and seating people.
Really a cute event. 2nd x for us this location since moved from Chicago. Our waiter was so efficient, smiley and friendly, sweet personality (don't know name, thin with dark curly hair). Register 1. Love the selfie background and candy bags. Event was run smoothly with cute decor and nice crowd. Look forward to next year! Thank you.
Perfect V-Day date with the family!! Everyone ate and everyone’s hunger was over came.
It was a very nice experience! This is the fourth year. We have done white castles, but the first time at Shepherdsville, because we just moved to Kentucky. It was very organized, and decorated very cute. I love the love potion drink. Nice touch to be given candy bag to go. Also love selfie backdrop, cool idea. Of course, the burgers were the best as always! Thank you!
I was very happy and pleased with the service and the food was great! I will recommend all and any to do this. It was a great experience
