Chipotle Mexican Grill - Shelton

They all welcomed me with a smile. The establishment is very clean and has a delightful aroma when you walk in. The seating was perfect, offering a view of the bustling activities as people came and went. The enormous burrito was incredibly tasty and satisfied my lunchtime cravings perfectly.

I had a disappointing experience at the Chipotle in Shelton, and it happened three times in a row. They were consistently out of the meats I wanted. Why include them on the menu if they're not available? For instance, I encountered the same issue with the chicken and steak every time. I ended up leaving without placing an order each time. It's incredibly frustrating! Three strikes and you're out! The franchise owner and corporate should take note of this.

They serve excellent food that is fresh and well-prepared, and their customer service is exceptional.

The restaurant stores mobile orders behind the counter rather than on a shelf, which means you have to wait for someone to notice you. This can take a few minutes, especially during busy times. Updated from my previous review on November 9, 2023.

You can't go wrong with Chipotle when you're in search of a quick and convenient meal.
