What User doesn't like about Maria's Kitchen:
I was pleasantly surprised by the number of vegan options at Maria’s, including smoothies. instead of one of the vegan tellers, I decided to be vegan for the hummus wrap, but we only decided on the vegetarian menu to actually be vegan. the food was delicious, but I would recommend staying away from homemade green juice unless they like the taste of ingwer, it is liberal added to this drink. a word or a warning, they... What a great place to get out! diverse menu, we had several different meal times from the menu and all were very fresh delicious, including the guacamole, pico and fries, friendly service. in any case, our newer way, whenever we are on the island!
Food was great, very clean bathroom. Adorable outdoor seating area, great service.
My search for a great fish taco discovered an excellent fish taco. It had fresh chopped veggies and the hint of cilantro made it great. Highly recomended, on Shelter Island, ny.
