Good food and lovely workers but they need to step up on their rolling game with sushi, the rolls fall apart by just a light gust of wind

The reason I'm leaving a one star review is because of an incident that ruined the experience. I visited on July 6, 2024 at around 5pm. I was brought a salad as part of my meal. I took a bite and as I was chewing I noticed a hair in the bowl. As I chewed some more I then noticed a hair inside my mouth. 2 hairs total. One that I had to pull out of my mouth and then spit my food out. It was utterly disgusting. The frustration continued as I pointed it out to the waitress, who apologized and told me she didn't know who made the food that morning. That was it. She didn't ask if I wanted something else. No manager came out and apologized. They could have offered to take some money off my meal at the very least and they didn't. I should have left but I stuck around to have what I ordered, which was just ok. I went to check out and there were no mentions of the incident and no further apologies. Just two waitresses laughing as they talked to each other. I wanted to like this place as I had high hopes coming in and sitting down. Multiple hairs in my food is a sign of carelessness on the part of the people preparing it, and that's a recipe for disaster in a kitchen. I won't be coming here again. Be warned.

Rice was fresh, fish is as expected but over all good.

Always excellent! I've dined in and taken to go and I have always had a great experience. Both the family and the servers are very kind and friendly!

Moved here from Murfreesboro and I love this place. The food is absolutely amazing and the staff are just as amazing. No they don't cook the food right in front of you but the food is top notch. You won't regret eating here.
