What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
The pizza hut was clean and the order was served quickly. The food was good but when I asked for the packet of crushed red peppers I was told they no longer provide them and instead I need to purchase a whole shaker. That's a new one for me. View all feedback.
We ordered ahead of time and when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready. I still had to wait about another 15 minutes to receive my meal after the 15 minutes that I already waited before I went there. the pizza was really good and I can't really complain about the quality of the pizza. You pay for what you get, and with Pizza Hut it's really greasy.
We ordered online. Seconds after placing the order, the restaurant called us to tell us that they only do round pizzas, not the square ones. Cool, I don't care about the shape of the pie. But that was just a nice touch. The pizza was good, the wings even better, and the service exceptional. Not many options in Shelby, so go with what you know.
We placed our order and the person who took it was extremely friendly. The food was absolutely delicious!
