Faye's Pizza, LLC - Sheboygan

We placed an order for our usual pizza, mozzarella sticks. Over an hour later, which is way too long, Our delivery person finally arrived. The driver gave us our order, so we thought. The driver ran off. We discovered it was not our order and we did the right thing and reported what we discovered as our watering mouths awaited our favorite meal. We did not receive a meal we ordered. It did have a pizza of less value than the one we ordered, mozzarella sticks, and there was a desert. We called the store and explained. They said they would completely comp our meal and we could have the meal provided. Completely comp a meal is 100% refund of the total amount our charge card was charged for our meal. Then the person who delivered wrong meal came back to retrieve what he left as this person demanded we return the order given. Possibly on the orders of the store manager? We let that person know what transpired between us and the manager. We gave the other order back and took ours. Both were cold and un-edible. We said ok , Over a week later there was no comped meal. Just a lie. This happened before and not just to us. It is becoming a more routine occurrence. Sad that Nicky's has become the opposite of its founding promise and its subsequent reputation.

This place is d first they charged our card, and took the address down wrong, then they called us to say the address the wrote down doesn't exist... Then it took three attempts to tell the person our real address, then they called back again to say they don't deliver to our address, but they had already charged us, so now we gotta wait through the refund process.

Always our go to pizza place in Sheboygan! Love their crispy thin crust! Pizza is really good!Food: 5/5

Amazing thin crust pizza! So flavorful! The Cheeseburger pizza was fantastic and the garlic cheese bread was also robust in flavor.Food: 5/5
