I have lived here for about a year and have been trying the various fish fry's around town. This one is now my favorite. I got the wallaye and it was perfectly breaded and seasoned. Also, the coleslaw was DELICIOUS and I'm VERY picky about coleslaw. The option of waffle fries is a really nice change from the standard french frys. Hours posted are wrong. Went to go have lunch there with my family and they were closed. A local told us "they show up when they want which is usually 2-4hrs after their actual posted hours. View all feedback.
Their Pub Burger, Seasoned Waggle Fries were wonderfully, MORE than excellent!
An older crowd at an older corner bar. The staff was friendly, and the food was pretty good. Give it a shot. You might bump into someone you know!

You like walleye? Try the pretzel coated. Only fish fry I’ll eat in the county.
Seriously this place is underrated. Very fast, friendly service and the food was fantastic. My total for a delicious Chicago dog with fries was less than $9.
