Contribute FeedbackI always enjoy stopping by to have a blizzard with my grandchildren.
To start, upon entering the restaurant, you are immediately greeted with a overpowering odor of mildew. We ordered blizzards and, as we usually do, requested to have the vanilla ice cream substituted for chocolate. To our surprise, this was the only location where they decided to use vanilla ice cream and add chocolate syrup instead of making the substitution. Additionally, we were charged an extra 89 cents for each small blizzard for the chocolate syrup. Having worked at a Dairy Queen before, I have never experienced such a situation. To make matters worse, the blizzards were overly sticky, watery, and a complete mess. When we questioned the girl about why the substitution wasn't made as requested, she responded with a rude attitude. In the end, we ended up wasting $10 on two small blizzards that were not up to par.
