Another wonderful meal at the Owl! we continued to bring new friends for a meal and they live it! We had the grape leave and octopus. outstanding! I always have the veal as it hard to get i this area. I am always amazed! The lentil soup is a must try! I can't recommend enough this family owned restaurant! View all feedback.
What negative b Over seven x doesn't like about Athenian Owl:
Eat the $6.99 gyro next door instead. The servers were lovely. But $150 later and I’m going home to eat a sandwich. The food is NOT good. The white bean soup had zeeeero flavor. And I got dollar store lamb shanks with canned green beans. ???? no thank you.I hope you learn from the criticism rather than being sarcastic with your replies. And yes, yes, I know. Have a blessed day! View all feedback.

Amazing food! Family owned/operated, as authentic as it gets. Very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend. Pleased they take Sundays off.

The best domades I've ever eaten! Everything was authentic and delicious, and the service was fantastic.
I have been wanting to dine here for so many years. My nephew came for a visit and he treated me to dinner here. How disappointing the food was. Mediocre at best. Makes me question the experience of those who have dined here, but to each their own. Staff and ambiance were fine but food... I could cry. I've never had saganaki wrapped in filo. Regional thing? I guess I'm picky when it comes to great Greek cuisine. So, for what it's worth, give it a go and make your own decision but as for me, first and last trip.
