My order wasn’t ready on time and the cashier wasn’t wearing a mask and started making my food. The other people working were wearing masks but it didn’t cover their nose or mouth. They served guacamole in bowl after emptying out tomato from it. The foil didn’t completely wrap the burritos. And oddly the food was cold. View all feedback.
Extremely friendly. It is evident that the lack of staff is hindering their ability to provide optimal service. Chipotle requires a large amount of work, and being understaffed is a significant hindrance to creating a positive dining experience. However, the employees are making an effort to do their best. They are efficient, clean, and provide fast and friendly service.

I stopped by this restaurant near closing time and found it to be clean, fast, and friendly. The service was great compared to other nearby places. It's clear that the team here works well together and deserves recognition for their excellent work.
That was my salad with chicken....and no dressing....again...and the girl I talked about the vinaiigrette was not interested in something that corresponds to the customer service.
I will never order from this Chipotle site again. I posted an online order at 11:10 and was informed via the online server that my order will be completed at 11:40. I come to the location and the personal did as if they had not my order or even have a reminder to me that gave a job. Once they finally found out the right name for my order, I was told that my order was not done and they also have not enough deliveries to complete my orders in their totality. then I was told to wait for the manager chris I had to ask again, because it took just 10 minutes before another opportunity to talk to him. once. I finally got the chance to talk to him about a refund, he told me that a refund would not appear on my card for three working days! I think this is absolutely ridiculous and anxious. I will never come to this place again. I'm pretty sure that the personal could be great, but today's misunderstanding was unacceptable. I understand that there could be a shortage of work and other mildering circumstances, but there should always be a great deal of urgency when they deal with eating and the money of people. I didn't know that today.
