It's not just about taking orders and laughing, it should be focused on greeting customers warmly, asking how they can be of assistance, using polite language like "yes, ma'am" and "no, ma'am", and making customers feel welcome. Quick, tasty drive in food. Nostalgic car hop experience. Great onion rings and super specials through their app.
Although the curbside display and ordering screen was out of order other were able to get or order to us in a reasonable amount of time.
The service at this restaurant was quick, but it felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by asking for a menu. The food was served promptly and hot, but it was not as tasty as I had hoped. The staff did not seem to be in a rush at all, taking an unreasonable amount of time from ordering to receiving my meal.
