Arby's - Shakopee

It was almost 10. 9:55 to be exact. I was shopping in Cub Foods all over the street was surprised that Arby's was open. Almost all Arby's near the Ridgedale Mall near 17-7. I told the Mosgs that they were closed first, then the voice of a man came and apologized because it was too early. He was very helpful. They dropped some fresh chicken sandwiches in the oil. again apologized for receiving a closed msgs 1st, b4 order. He said no problem, was very happy and personal. The chicken sandwich was great! Great Custoner service, great food! Go on!

The dining area and the toilets were very clean. You made my order right and it came out quickly. What more can you ask

This Arbys location 's 'Classic Beef Cheddar Sandwich' was always good; I can tell you so much for sure. the Drive thru girl Leena is very nice.

Arbys is one of the few places that did not go downhill in the last few years. This location has a nice service and good food.

Service was quickly friendly and easy. But really disappointing how cold the food was. The frits were not fresh and our sandwiches too. And they weren't even busy right now.
