Burger King - Sevierville

Worst service I've ever had. I was the only person in line and waited over 5 minutes just to order in the drive through. Then when I went to pay I gave him $20 out of the 16 I owed and he asked if I had 40 cents instead of just doing out my change. I said no just make it out of the 20 then he said well usually people just add change to get even change back. This is ridiculous.

Yelled at worker infront of me and told us we weren’t important and had to wait even longer for our food after already waiting 10 mins

Good food and service very under staff but they done an excellent job to get our food out... person working drive thur and front counter and person doing the cooking.... ?

They was Very rude people and after being interrupted every time I would go to talk we finally pulled up to the window that took 7 mins to get our food and after they tried to get us to pull away with out our drinks then when we finally get our food it was so nasty and undercooked my chicken was freezer burned when I realized that my food was bad I took the rest of the French toast sticks from my son but it was too late he has been sick all day throw up multiple times riding in a car for 8 hours until we got back to our home town so if it wasn't for him being sick all that way I just would have let it go but here we are so good luck to any that eats here and hopefully you don't have a 10 year old son that don't have to ride home for 8 hours the best I could hope for is that you get your management in charger of there store or get other managers

The entire staff was very friendly and made our dining experience very pleasant. They were very efficient in making our food how we wanted it. I would like to say thank you to the entire staff for making our visit very enjoyable.
