The Shelter Coffee

The food here is really good and the staff is very friendly. We have been going there for three days straight and will keep going till we are leave the area.

Respect for the old management, place changed radically, for the worse, staff who were most likely novices, bad hygiene (for example cheeses and cured meats left in an unrefrigerated display case and when cutting a cheese for a focaccia, it was cut directly on the counter, without a cutting board to make the service a little more hygienic, and obviously the cured meats were starting to look bad), the place was poorly stocked, otherwise the aperitif wasn't bad, and the look of the place compared to first it is brighter given the light walls instead of the dark ones, I will return in the future hoping for an improvement given that I have been going to the place for more than 10 years and I have known all the management, but unfortunately I doubt it will be able to return to the level of Fiore and of the fantastic Caffe Tanganelli
