Outstanding staff, customer care, from reception to end meal. Gourmet dishes of excellent Tuscan specialties. Personally I love the boar and find an excellent processing as the sweetener was really a pleasure for mind and palate. A few times in my life, despite I've turned various restaurants in Tuscany, I ate so well.
