They produce a variety of baked goods, inspired by French breads and terrace series. Among the hearty breads are European classics such as baguette, ciabatta and whole grain bread, which are plant-based. The Ciabatta is super soft and fluffy. I am glad that they also offer darker breads such as whole grains and rye bread. Bread is baked on site and the selection is at noon the largest. There are only a few vegan breads that run out until dinner. For Western standards, bread seems kind of expensive, but they are still cheaper than most bakeries.
