When a guy stood at the counter, a guy counted the cash, one made sandwiches, the other girl that the counter just worked up, ignored me and would?t take my order, she was rude when I finally got her attention, so I went out! Never! View all feedback.
Service was friendly sub-sandwich was good. You forgot my bacon, but the ladder fixed him and apologized for the mess. Sweet tea was delicious.
It was my first time in a Firehouse Subs and I wasn't sure what to get. The cashier was so nice and recommended something and the others came in to help me! It was a great and welcoming experience. I will be alone for the service of 4 employees. I was kind and sweet. Thank you. Firehouse Subs Seneca!!!
Every time I came to this place, I had terrible experiences. Today when I came, I was greeted by Emily and treated AWESOME! She was so friendly, respectful and welcoming. Thank you. Emily for so brilliant!!!
The food was good. The price was not. I would have given 5 stars but adding $4 for an extremely small bag of chips and a soda is inevitable
