I love the lobster tsukemen! It's not a typical Japanese tsukemen. The bathroom was creamy and very rich in taste, closer to a pasta sauce than a tsukemen sauce. Other things in the menu are worth trying too (but the earned progress is the best for me! View all feedback.
The elder waitress was very kind and amiable although she didn’t speak English. And the elder chefs looked like they’d been cooking their whole lives. Their ramen with creamy shrimp sauce was great, but it’s a bit salty.
Excellent ramen. Staff do not speak much English, but they were very polite and helpful.

Just a few restaurants like Ebisuke in Sendai serve the delicate taste of shrimp in a ramen, so I ordered the Special Production Shrimp Soba Gatsun Soba for 980¥ for lunch. It is definitely a challenge to land the right shrimp taste and I was surprised that it had just enough to get through the fish and soy sauce. Since this was the “heavy” version of broth, it was beautiful and thick in taste. This alone would make this raven worth the food. The noodles and beats were pretty good and the chashu decently soft. The egg was a bit disappointing, but otherwise I was very happy. Add the free shrimp rice during lunch (weekly) and it was a meal!
A nice ramen with shrimps soup, a quite rare and unique option. Perfect if you love ramen but you've got enought of tonkotsu or the normal shōyu and miso One. The price is pretty high but i guess is due to the price of the ingredients and the difficulty of the recepie. Definetly worth a try.
