Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Semmes

Told me my order was glitched and they couldn't find it and to place it again on the app. I did so and drove back to the window and then was told the store was closed and they couldn't serve me. Despite being told by the employee to place the order. Instead of just telling me it was too late they wasted my time and acted absolutely insane when I was annoyed by this.

I've eaten three pieces, and they've accused me of nearly 12 dollars.

The chicken was extremely fresh and hot. I ordered the perfect portion size. I waited in line for about 4 to 10 minutes. Got home in time for the pro basketball game. Absolutely loved it.

This restaurant is hardly ever good at getting orders right and has terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend using the app to place an order if you want it to be accurate.
