What Nicole Herzog doesn't like about Dunkin':
I have been to this location a handful of times and every time my order has been wrong. Today I asked for just a cup of coffee with sugar free vanilla and couldn’t even get that right. I don’t know what’s going on at this location but please try to get paying customers orders right. I know mistakes happen sometimes but this is absolutely just bad service at this point. I’ve been coming here for years… at least 1x week. This is by far the best DD around. Food is always hot fresh, they’re fast, super friendly, and go above beyond. Out of the (probably) 100+ times I’ve been here, never had a bad experience.Today, for the 1st time ever they missed something in my order. I went inside to get it and they offered me 2 for free with a smile.Thanks for being awesome guys.
