Ingredients were on point adequately marinated and fresh and did not need to take more than a trio of sauces, a two page menu, some kimchi and lettuce, to create a satisfactory dining experience. Save the concern of delaying on purpose in serving each ala carte item as the service, as far as I am concerned, is quick and efficient.
