I pray that, as much as my review is negative, it does not want to be an anger towards the local, but only the point of view of a tourist who happened in this restaurant by chance on indication of an acquaintance and was very disappointed. I repeat... it is the point of view of a Apulian tourist among other things and, therefore, particularly accustomed to eating fish in its different forms and preparations) and, therefore, I hope it can be a stimulus to improve for those who should build on tourism part of his fortune. We found ourselves without knowing it in a “paella e sangria” themed evening and, as far as we were not prepared, the idea is not at all sorry and we have adapted. Discreet paella quality, very limited quantity and variety of fish, so much so that we refused the second round and opted for a second. For the choice of the second we have completely entrusted to the advice of the waiter who proposed a mixed grill and a frying. Besides, if the suggestion comes from the staff you expect to taste the strong dishes of the club and instead... the situation just fell. Unmatched grilled, gummy cuttlefish chewing-gum effect, raw shrimp inside, swordfish completely dry. I do not express myself on the fry that I did not taste personally, discouraged by the too dark color that is never a good business card. The certainly high account for the quality of the food we have been offered and for the level of service. Fish is a noble and delicate food, it is enough to make it a delight you don't even need to cook it) but equally little to rape it. It is not a crime to use frozen to make a grill, we know that it happens in many restaurants, but the preparation can not be left to improvisation especially in a place that presents itself as a sea restaurant and bets on traditional dishes. Putting aside the kitchen and passing to the service, the evaluation is not so different... I think so many episodes in a row on the same table indicate that something in the room service doesn't work. Just to name a few: 1- served the first pan of paella at the center of the table but without spoon to stack, we point out it and we are told that they would bring it with the second pan that arrived but 10 minutes after 2- at the table comes the second and there are still the dirty dishes of the previous course. At that point, we are placed a pile of clean dishes at a corner of the table as to say “here you are now arranged” 3- after eating different fish dishes we are served the sweet pizzas to the nape) without dishes, without cutlery and with the napkins dirty fish. At our request to have at least clean napkins we are brought to the table the classic bar dispenser with coffee table napkins 4- after reporting several times that there were no poses or glasses we had to raise ourselves to try to recover them Obviously quoting these examples I refer to the complete lack of attention to the customer who withdraws from the location. It is clear that it is a lido at the sea, I would never have expected the staff in tuxedo or flamingo tablecloths, but certain episodes are the antithesis of good catering beyond any context. As a tourist I take home a bad memory, it is definitely not a place that I will feel to recommend to a friend who comes on holiday in the area. I hope that even part of this review can be a stimulus to grow and improve because other tourists after me can continue to talk positively about this restaurant once you return home
Excellent seaside resort, top cuisine, excellent dishes, from first to second, not to mention the really great pizza...I highly recommend it!! !

It also continues with the new management to like me. Young people, new ideas and a lot of desire to do. Congratulations to Paolo, Luca, Claudio, Antonio the lifeguard and the whole team. Good pizza and fish. Pleasant theme nights.
Excellent structure. Friendly and kind. You eat well. Great fish lunch. Great value for money. Mandatory stop.
