The 4 of us came to this location after our daughters baseball game. We ordered drinks and Timbits. None of the timbits had glaze on them even though they do in every other location. My wife and daughter had to use the washroom. The young female cleaning them was absolutely miserable she slammed chairs in the entrance way after chasing my wife out of there. She was completely disrespectful to the other customer working on the lap top at the table when she slammed the chair back at the table. After waiting 15 minutes waiting for the washroom to be cleaned my wife and daughter had the displeasure of still using a dirty washroom. This all occurred around 8:10 pm on Wednesday May 17th so you can check your schedule for the employee that was working that night. This person obviously hates her job and will never represent your business properly

I love the place, honestly. Clean, nicely maintained and incredibly nice staff. Sat there for awhile studied and I observed how people are rude and cant get themselves to explain the order and expect the staff to prepare it well for them. I had come across a few incidents like those today. Mostly people I believe do this because of the diversification in the staff. Some guy literally said, I was back in the line , where all Canadians at? Some Terrible people full of prejudices, may lord bless ‘em!

Worst Tim hortons. The soup taste terrible, and they are so stupid, when I asked for a chicken wrap, they cut it up into pieces. I didn’t ask for that.

If you go into the store you wait forever, drive through is top priority, somehow does not seem right.
