Dinner at Sunrise in Seven Restaurant was a pleasure. Our breakfast was excellent and the waitress was very attentive. We had pancakes and they melted in our mouth. I'm very surprised that on their busiest weekend of the year Sebring 12 racing event) In the daytime, the restaurant had 1 bartender took forever to get a drink), and no food available until 6 pm. You guys missed out on thousands of dollars of sales. I just don't understand why you wouldn't take advantage, and serve the hundreds of people around, and on the outdoor patio. View all feedback.
Bridget beats server and attentive to everyone. George is the cook and does everything you order. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and I am a very picky person at my meals. Thanks to them, I have avoided another rapid food disaster. Come back soon. Great service and personality.

My husband ordered the chilli with a steak sandwich, he said both were delicious and very tasteful. Both restaurants are indeed 5 star restaurants.

Always great service at APEX. The staff are always friendly and with delicious food.
Excellent stay here for business. We occupied a table for several hours this evening to work through projects. Bridget at Apex was an excellent hostess, waitress, and bartender. She made sure we knew we were welcome and took great care of us! Thanks
