A cool breeze comes through the large garage door of this rustic but modern area, helps to wear the toasty smell of its famous bacon. In love with this restaurant. We came here to celebrate 2 birthdays. They are known for their bacon, but oh man, I loved everything we ordered. The maple bacon was a fantastic balance of sweet and salty. The bacon has this beautiful toasty and smoky taste. Definitely order to share this so that everyone can have a bite. I ordered her pig dog sitting on a bed of Arugula and all on a roasted with visible grill marks Bretzel-Bung. Finally it was covered with red paprika and mayonnaise. Your hot connection has a tiny kick, not like the typical hot connection I had elsewhere. It's such a delicious combination. But keep on this chicharon. Hands down the best chicharon I've ever had. It served on the side with the hot compound and coated with this salty and spicy powder. It has no heavy vinegar taste, so it's just perfect. It doesn't leave a layer of fat on your fingers. I'm so glad they sell it on the bag so you can take it home. My friend ordered the burger, which was also served with one side of Chicharon. He loved it. It was a very good meal. Definitely has to be over again. They can take their bacon, chicharon and farm fresh eggs at home.

This place was interesting and strange. I love everything being fresh and local, but it was a bit difficult to get through the menu. I'm glad our waitress explained everything. Because it was my birthday, a bacon was offered to me appointments for which I should die. I also got bacon caramel taste popcorn (like caramel corn). Finally, I received homemade vanilla gelato, which was also delicious. I would recommend a thorough look at the menu before you sit down. They had a burger that was amazing, but my fried chicken was subpar.

Love can be tasted every time in every bite of each plate and if it is not possible to add bacon. Creative tasty seasonal masterpieces from bar to dessert menu and all things between. Come with 8-10 and eat family style so you can taste everything. Bring your mom. I did.

I took my mom here for dinner on Mother's Day and we loved it! They do a wonderful job of pairing flavors on the plate. The entree portion is smaller than a typical restaurant which I really liked because it allowed us to enjoy some appetizers as well and I didn't feel overstuffed when we left. They were also very accommodating to me as a vegetarian. Great service too!
