This is one of my favorite bars! Great music. The staff is knowledgeable, accommodating and super friendly. The food pop ups they have are always amazing! Love the West African Food! Would absolutely recommend to everyone.
I’ve walked past this restaurant countless times and always wanted to go in, but after my visit today, I can’t say it was worth the wait. The space itself is stunning, and the drinks menu is nicely curated, but the service was frustratingly slow, especially considering the place wasn’t even full. At one point, my friend and I stood at the bar for about five minutes trying to place our order while three bartenders were behind the counter. It felt like one of them was preoccupied, even watching a movie on a laptop with their back to us while we waited to get someone’s attention. The overall service atmosphere felt a bit strange and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, my friend’s food order was incorrect—not just once, but twice. We ultimately decided to close our tab and find another nearby restaurant for food. While the place has a cool vibe, it didn’t deliver for us, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
This is a great little bar for appetizers and drinks! We visited during happy hour and I was really impressed. The service was good with no issues; you simply place your order at the bar. They also host weekly events, which is a nice perk for local residents. The food was your standard bar fare, but it was tasty. I’ll definitely return for happy hour!
I?ve walked by this place for ages and have always wanted to go in, but after trying it out today I can?t say it was worth it. it?s an absolutely beautiful space with a nice, concise drinks menu, but service was incredibly slow, especially for aplace that wasn?t even full. at one point my friend and I were standing at the bar waiting to order (with 3 bartenders behindthe counter) and I believe we stood there for about 5 minutes before someone took our order. I swear one bartender was watchinga movie on a laptop with their back to us while we tried to get someone?s attention. the overall vibe for service was a littleodd and unwelcoming. my friend?s food order was delivered incorrectly (twice), so we ended up closing our tab and looking foranother place nearby for food. the place looks cool but didn?t stick the landing for us, and I wouldn?t recommend it.
This is such a fun bar in cap hill! On weekdays it's the perfect spot for happy hour and they also host events like trivia. They always have great music playing as well as delicious drinks. We came for brunch on Sunday morning and it was PACKED. I don'tthink they take reservations so it's worth it to get there early since the place is small and fills up quick. We tried a bunchof the cocktails which were very fun and tasty. We also ordered food which took over an hour to come out. I'm glad I tried itbut I don't think it was worth waiting that long. They also offer bottomless mimosas for $28 Very limited parking in this area, you'll probably end up having to pay for a spot in one of the lots if you can't find street parking.
