Pecos Pit B-que - Seattle

Stoped in and got the sliced brisket horsey Q sandwich in the drive thru!Cant wait to go back for another maybe got the hot BBQ with it this time. Love, Love both locations and the meat is such great quality !

To be fair I have been going here regularly for a year and have enjoyed the food.I am not writing about the food however I am writing about the service. My last visit the young gal at the window charged me for a family sized serving when I had actually just ordered for one person (8 oz).When I pointed out the error she snapped at me and instead of apologizing claimed that 's what I had ordered on the intercom. When I finally got my order I was missing multiple items.Its unfortunate as it really left me feeling like I would not ever go back.

Pecos is awesome! Their BBQ is hard to beat in our area. I'm not huge into overly smoked meats, but I got to say everything I have tried has been really good. The sauces go really well, and there is a verity of options, but I almost always like to try it without first-time, then add some flavors. Grab a sandwich or a hotlink for the trip across the bridge next time

As a Texas BBQ lover, when I was visiting Seattle and saw the word Pecos I was definitely curious. BBQ sausage is amazing. Brisket is amazing. Sides are great and service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend to any fan of Texas BBQ.

I've being going to Pecos Pit for 35 years and it is clearly bought out by a greedy individual that doesn't care about service. The food is overpriced. $4 sodas??! I kid you not. Insane. I will never go back. Really made me sad to see what it has become under newer ownership. Spent nearly $50 for 2 people. Then they had the nerve to demand a tip through kiosk. Not at those prices and not for just handing me food. Pay your own staff! Don't expect the public to do it as you rip them off.
