Our favorite carry out restaurant every time we visit Seattle?2-3 times a year! The chicken teriyaki Donburi and poké bowls were super spicy, flavorful and absolutely the BEST!! View all feedback.
What Alex Popescu doesn't like about Donburi Station Seattle:
Ordered the sukiyaki and the meat was nothing but grisle. The chicken and tonkatsu were bland and tasted like oil because the fryers were clearly not up high enough. Worst Japanse place ever. View all feedback.
The food here is always delicious. Don't forget to order extra teriyaki sauce - it's a must-have! Make sure to get two servings so you can have some for tomorrow.
The Sake Don is delicious! Simple and clean and the rice is seasoned perfectly! I just wish it had more wasabi.
I thought the portion of fish, rice, and veggies in my poke bowl was unbalanced. Additionally, I found it odd that soy sauce and chopsticks were charged at $0.10. The inclusion of wasabi and ginger also seemed out of place, making the restaurant feel more like a sushi place rather than a poke bowl spot. While I can picture wasabi being used in a sauce or mixed into the poke, having it presented as a separate lump on the side felt off to me.
Must go! Excellent sushi! Unfortunately the indoor seating is not an option due to covid but inside the restaurant, it is quite nice. Additionally, there is also no exterior seating. Parking is limited at best. During busy business hours, expect to park a few blocks away making this a bit challenging to purchase food. The prices are spot on for the portions and quality of food you recieve. Taste is soo good... So. So. So good. If you want excellent sushi and/or Asian food, try this place!
