First time checking out this lounge while I had a layover in NYC and I was pleasantly surprised. My expectations weren't too high but the customer service here was fantastic! The ease of checking in is a plus and everyone was just so friendly and helpful! The lounge itself is very spacious and clean which is a big deal for me so this made me feel comfortable! What Marcia T doesn't like about Delta Skyclub Skydeck:
Food is not always good here. Sometimes you may luck up and get a good day, but for me, the bad days outweigh the good days. Service is only ok including the host who greet you, which is unlike Delta Club, but I give them a pass since it 's New York, lol. Food is usually cold cuts and boring. I don 't like their setup here either, the drinks are far from the good. I think they need a better layout. Anyway, I dig the... View all feedback.
Considering this is a fairly new lounge, it is amazing. There's an outdoor insulated area that you can look outside too. On the side of us is a grassy looking area and it's so clean. The staff here is also extremely nice. EXTREMELY.... nice. Each person who I talked to made me forget I was in the airport, nevermind JFK. Checking in and actually wanting to have conversations but being appropriate. If I could give 6 stars it would be for the people working here. Oh and the food aint that bad . All the typical players. And let me not forget the mango and blood orange slushies.

Nothing to write home about but tasty and good enough to fill up on before your flight!
This sky club was nice in appearance and had a lot of space, but the food was mediocre. I expected a little more since it was in a major airport. We were there for the breakfast service and they were pretty much out of food/ delayed refilling. The eggs were absolutely terrible and tasted off.
Went for the express option and didn't have to wait on line when I asked club agent. Then Miguel happily filled a small paper bag to the brim with anything I wanted from the express items. Box of salad, hummus box, two small cans of coke, an orange, granola bar, rice krispy treat, and an orange. I didn't know what else to add because I wasn't feeling the chips, hardboiled eggs, tuna wrap, chocolate chip cookie.
This is a pretty nice lounge in terminal 4 at JFK. It does get extremely busy, so be prepared to queue up in the line outside. The line is split into two sections, one section for standard members, and one section for the elite members. Once you get inside, it is quite difficult to find seating. Most, if not all the seats are taken up, but if you can find a spot, they have really good food, drinks, dessert, and snacks. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, and while there are long lines to get things, they move pretty quickly. I really appreciate being able to land at this airport, and then going to the lounge as every other lounge is only accessible on departure. Now, if I was leaving out of JFK at this terminal, I might opt for less busy, and just as good lounges, such as the Centurion lounge, or the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse. Both of these options are drastically less busy while boasting the same quality. Overall, it was a good experience, especially once exhausted on arrival to grab a quick bite and something to drink.
